Open Change hours on website to 

- Tuesday to Thursday: 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM and 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM - Friday: 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM. Closed for lunch from 12:00pm to 12:30pm, approximately.

Non-perishable food, fresh produce, milk, eggs, meat, hygiene and household products are available depending on stock levels and donated items.

Please provide ID, each and every time, for everyone in the household. Proof of income is not required but we will ask for a source of income for data collection purposes. You do not have to live in Welland, but please provide proof of address.

Your family is able to come once a month for a full shop. If you need to come a second time, you will be given an emergency pack which would be items that we have an abundance of. These items can change on a daily basis.
